How to access appropriate dyslexia support in the workplace
If someone is having challenges with work tasks related to organisation, memory, sequencing or presentation of information etc. this could be due to dyslexia or other related specific learning difficulties. (These difficulties can be experienced at certain key times in a person’s working life: when starting a new job, when processes change within the workplace or following promotion when their old coping strategies just aren’t working for them).
People no longer need to have a full psychological assessment to get support via the Governments’ Access to Work scheme.
